Full Carbon Fiber construction.
Both the top and underside of our hood are made of carbon FRP which has reduced the weight further from our CFRP/FRP model without scarifying strength. The aerodynamically designed V shape ducts drastically improves the dissipation of heat and is very effective in lowering water temperature, oil temperature, and intake air temperature. The carbon fiber clothes are attached exquisitely by experienced craftsmen for a state-of-the-art appearance. This product is lighter than a stock hood but is as strong as the stock hood. The stock hood hooks are utilized with this product however, for racing use, J’s Racing recommends the use of hood pins. There is no modification required to fit the J’s Racing Tsuchinoko intake system to our hood Construction Carbon FRP (CFRP). Optional Aluminum net, inner protect, & clear coating available.
