ASM I.S. Design Rear Aero Bumper -04 Type S - S2000 AP1/2

ASM I.S. Design Rear Aero Bumper -04 Type S (Single Exhaust version) is constructed of FRP. Fits all S2000 model years. Removable of rear bumper reinforcement is required for USDM cars. Ventilated rear bumper is designed to allow trapped air to escape, which further reduces air resistance. Lower portion is made from lightweight carbon and is removable. ASM Dry Carbon and Fiberglass products are designed and produced at the Challenge Technology Center in Japan. They are produced with the same approach to dry carbon products as OEM to many major japanese car manufacturers using pre-impregnated carbon materials. Design and production involve the use of CAD modeling, cutting plotters, 5-axis 3-D mills, high-pressure autoclaves, and water mills. ASM Body Part Production Process
