The Downforce Front Splitter Lip was designed to complement the popular Downforce Side Diffusers with an aerodynamic advantage. This lip acts as a front spoiler to increase front end stability and downforce. Designed specifically for the AP2 front bumper and bolts up directly using factory mounting holes.
All Downforce products are produced using zero shrink TP high solids resin molds that are autoclave grade and rated to 485F. Downforce carries over experience from working on aerospace contracts for satellites, Formula race cars, military and companies such as TRD, HKS, etc. The surface of Downforce products is smooth and solid unlike many cheap products produced overseas that have wavy/rippled panels that are porous and require much prep work for paint. Products are molded directly to the body and designed from scratch to fit properly so fitment is OEM grade. Hexcel certified Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass is used on all Downforce products for added strength and durability.
