J's Racing S-Tai HQI Front Hub w/ Long Hub Bolts - S2000 AP1/2

Fits all S2000 model years. Made in Japan. Price is PER hub. The S2000 S-Tai HQI Rear Hub was developed from valuable experience at the Super Taikyu (Endurance race series). When your S2000 is driven to it’s limits for a long duration of time, the overall “load” and the high surface temperatures that can become as high as 800C, to the hubs (especially rear) will frequently damaged the stock hubs. In order to solve this problem, J’s Racing designed a super strong hub by applying High-Frequency Induction Hardening (HQI) to the stock hub. This application will assist you in surviving a 24 hour race without any incident. After numerous tests and trials, J's Racing has perfected the process for your stock hub. NOTE: High-Frequency Induction Hardening (HQI) – HQI is a heat treatment method where the only necessary areas of material are exposed to the rapid heat and cooling. This process creates an extremely hard surface without affecting the internal areas.
