Reinforced chain tensioner for K20 and K24.
During hard engine braking or sudden idling during sports driving, the stock hydraulic chain tensioner will cause the chain to sag (sag) due to its insufficient operating force. As a result, the valve timing is misaligned, which in the worst case can cause an engine blow.
By installing this reinforced product, it is possible to minimize the deviation of the valve timing at high rpm, and the possibility of engine blow can be significantly reduced.
