It is an all-aluminum radiator with an emphasis on weight reduction and cooling efficiency. A completely new processing technology has achieved a large capacity that maximizes the use of space.
It is subjected to "flex round processing" made by an integral molding press. As a result, it can be molded without changing the thickness of the bending or folded part, and it is possible to increase strength and reduce weight. By efficiently flowing the internal cooling water, the heat dissipation effect is improved, and the water temperature is prevented from rising during full-throttle driving.
By stabilizing the water temperature, various advantages can be obtained, such as power reduction by compensating for high water temperature of the ECU and prevention of deterioration of fuel efficiency.
