While maintaining the straight structure that reduces back pressure to the utmost limit, the silencer has been enlarged to achieve higher quality. Titanium pipes with a thickness of 1 mm are used to thoroughly reduce weight. Compared to the stock muffler, it is an astonishing weight reduction of more than 50%.
The titanium pipe, which is smoothly bent using a three-dimensional bender, has a smooth and low exhaust resistance structure. The dolphin tail has a sharper design by incorporating the cutting method. The 60RS, which was developed for street use, has a 60φ main pipe and a straight structure for the silencer part to achieve torque and power increase throughout the entire range.
