Downforce Sport Lip for the S2000 made with ultra-high-quality fiberglass or carbon fiber. This is not the typical Chinese-made cheap material. Everything is made in USA. The lightweight performance composites with high modulus makes it ideal for automotive aerodynamic parts. Grade A surface (no waves, no pits, no blocking!). High temperature rating can withstand over twice the amount of heat of any other company's resin. No shrinkage so the part will fit like factory parts.
All Downforce products are produced using zero shrink TP high solids resin molds that are autoclave grade and rated to 485F. Downforce carries over experience from working on aerospace contracts for satellites, Formula race cars, military and companies such as TRD, HKS, etc. The surface of Downforce products is smooth and solid unlike many cheap products produced overseas that have wavy/rippled panels that are porous and require much prep work for paint. Products are molded directly to the body and designed from scratch to fit properly so fitment is OEM grade. Hexcel certified Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass is used on all Downforce products for added strength and durability.
