ASM I.S. Design Aero Bonnet Dry Carbon - ZN6

Fits 2012+ Scion FR-S and BRZ. Dry Carbon construction. Made in Japan. Dry carbon top layer and underside constructed using a 6atm autoclave. Includes integrated rain gutters underneath the vents. Vents designed to draw hot air out of the engine bay for increased engine performance. Weighs 5.45 kg, 1.64kg lighter than the stock hood. ASM Dry Carbon and Fiberglass products are designed and produced at the Challenge Technology Center in Japan. They are produced with the same approach to dry carbon products as OEM to many major japanese car manufacturers using pre-impregnated carbon materials. Design and production involve the use of CAD modeling, cutting plotters, 5-axis 3-D mills, high-pressure autoclaves, and water mills. ASM Body Part Production Process
